The Parties agree as follows:

1) An ice merchandiser, with Make:*

will be placed on Lessee's premises.
2) Ice Cubes R Us will keep said dispenser supplied with ice and will provide and necessary maintenance on said dispenser, which will remain the property of Ice Cubes R Us.
3) Nothing except ice purchased from Ice Cubes R Us will be stored in or sold from said dispenser.
4) Lessee will be responsible for keeping dispenser clean at all times, and will pay for all electricity currently used in the operation of said dispenser.

5) Lessee agrees to pay a one time fee to Cubes R Us for a Delivery and Pickup Charge which is non-refundable. Fee is: $

6) This agreement may be cancelled at any time by either party. Upon termination, lessee will peaceably surrender said dispenser to Ice Cubes R Us, who will promptly remove same from Lessee's property.
7) Lessee is solely responsible for any damage and/or stolen merchandiser listed above.
